Neoprene: White food grade neoprene rubber inflatable gasket.
Aardha's
FBD inflatable gasket functions like a cycle tube. When inflated, it
seals the bowl and ensure proper sealing. It is being made up of
food-pharma grade with neoprene rubber. This gasket is inflated by 10mm
to 12mm when 2 to 4kg. Pressure is applied. There are basically three gaskets in fluid bed dryer - PC-Top bowl sealing gasket (40mm x 22mm)
- PC-Bottom sealing gasket (40mm x 22mm)
- Filter press bag sealing gasket (50mm x 20mm)
We
have got ex-stock spare gaskets for alliance model for GMP: 5kg. to
500kg. However we can make as per customer's specification. We have
also developed inflatable gaskets in silicon transparent rubber for Pam
Glatt machines of different capacity from 125kg. to 1300Ltr. The
quality of our products confirms to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements.
We have also supplied silicon gaskets to major OEMs. FBD / FBP Inflatable Gaskets

Gaurav's FBD / FBP inflatable gaskets are manufactured from MOC like
food grade white neoprene rubber as well as food pharma grade
transparent silicone rubber. These gaskets operate like a cycle tube
that can be inflated to accommodate a variable sealing gap. These
gaskets are inflated by 14mm when 2kg pressure is applied. Three gaskets are normally used in fluid bed dryer as inflatable gaskets - Product container top & retarding chamber i.e. P.C. Top gasket (40mm x 22mm)
- Product container lifting i.e. P.C. Bottom gasket (40mm x 22mm)
- Finger Bag sealing gasket (50mm x 20mm)
These
gaskets for alliance model for GMP 60kg, GMP 120kg, GMP 200kg, &
GMP 250kg are readily available with us. Also, we can manufacture as
